The nursery door slammed shut with a thunderous bang.

Everyone jumped.

The father quickly picked up the sealed white envelope.

His hands trembled as he slowly opened it.

Inside was another old photograph.

The picture showed today’s newborn baby sleeping peacefully.

But something was different.

Standing beside the crib was an elderly man wearing an old hospital uniform.

Nobody recognized him.

The doctor stared at the photograph.

His face turned white.

“I know him…”

Everyone looked at the doctor.

“He was the first chief doctor of this hospital.”

“He passed away over thirty years ago.”

The room fell silent.

Suddenly the baby’s hospital bracelet began glowing with a soft blue light.

The newborn smiled.

At the exact same moment…

A hidden wall behind the bassinets slowly slid open.

Inside was a small wooden box covered in dust.

The father carefully lifted the lid.

Inside lay an old silver watch.

Engraved on the back were five mysterious words:

“The Time Has Returned Again.”

As the doctor picked up the watch…

It suddenly started ticking by itself.

The lights throughout the nursery went dark.

Only the watch continued glowing.
