The room became completely silent once again.

The doctor stared at the paper inside the mysterious envelope.

His hands slowly began to tremble.

The father stepped closer.

“What is it?”

Without speaking, the doctor handed him the letter.

Inside was an old photograph.

It showed the exact same delivery room.

The same examination table.

The same hospital lights.

And lying in the doctor’s hands…

Was the exact same newborn baby.

Everyone froze.

The mother whispered,

“That’s impossible…”

Then the father noticed the date printed in the corner.

It was exactly twenty-five years old.

Before anyone could understand what they were seeing…

The newborn suddenly stopped crying.

He slowly opened his tiny eyes and looked directly at the photograph.

At that exact moment, the heart monitor gave one loud beep.

The nurse turned toward the screen.

Everything looked perfectly normal.

Then another folded note slipped out from behind the photograph.

Written across it were four chilling words:

“He’s Finally Home.”

The doctor looked around the room in complete disbelief.

Nobody said another word.
