The room became completely silent.The doctor carefully unfolded the mysterious note once again.

The mother whispered,

“What does it say?”

Without speaking, the doctor handed the note to the father.

Written inside was a single sentence.

“The teddy belongs to the first child.”

Everyone looked at the newborn in confusion.

The father shook his head.

“This teddy is brand new.”

Before anyone could speak again…

The teddy bear suddenly played the same lullaby for a second time.

No one had touched it.

The older sister slowly turned the teddy over.

Another hidden pocket appeared that nobody had noticed before.

Inside was an old photograph.

The picture showed the exact same hospital room.

The same bassinet.

The same teddy bear.

But the photograph had been taken many years earlier.

On the back of the photograph were four handwritten words.

“He Came Back Again.”

At that exact moment…

The newborn stopped crying.

He slowly turned his head toward the teddy bear and smiled.

The lullaby stopped by itself.

The entire room stood frozen.
